When you use our scanner, we collect your email address to provide results and send you a magic link to view your report. We do not require full name or address for free scans.

B. Website Data

We collect the URLs of the websites you scan. This includes metadata about the site's cookie compliance, scripts, and privacy policy text for the purpose of generating the compliance report.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
• To improve and personalize your experience.
• To understand and analyze how you use our Service.
• To communicate with you, including for customer service and marketing.
• To generate the Compliance Reports you requested.

3. Data Retention

We retain scan results for a period of 12 months after which they are automatically archived or deleted, unless you have an active subscription or managed account.

4. Third-Party Services

Our reports are generated using AI (Claude 3.5 Sonnet by Anthropic via AWS Bedrock). We do not share your personal identification with these AI models; we only share the technical data from the website being scanned for analysis purposes.

5. Your Rights

As a champion of privacy, we support your rights under GDPR and CCPA. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
