Refund Policy

1. Credit System

SMB Compliance Check uses a "Credit" based system for deep audits. Once a credit is used to unlock a report, it cannot be refunded as the analysis and technical data have been delivered.

2. Subscription Refunds

For recurring subscriptions:

• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after 48 hours of original purchase or renewal.
• Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no deep audits were performed during that period.

3. Technical Issues

In the rare event that our scanner fails to analyze a website due to our own technical error (and not due to firewall/blocking by the target site), we will credit a "Free Audit" back to your account upon request and verification.
